Bread Life

Step into our,  roguelike kitchen where survival means throwing together the ultimate sandwich! Outrun or kill the Mould Spiders, and the menacing Kitchen Boss, while scavenging for ingredients that give you wild buffs or tricky penalties. But be careful, you can only carry a maximum of 4 ingredients at a time, and once you leave a room, there's no going back! Can you beat the pigeon, craft your master sandwich, and escape the kitchen?

NOTE:

- While the game is running, you go from lose/win screen back to the menu and then play again Ingridients will not spawn sometimes :(, but pressing the restart button has no issues (at least that we have caught).

Controls

- wasd to move (or Arrow keys), space to attack, and j to eject an ingridient.

Made for Jam Jar 48hr GameJam for Auckland games week.

- Clank sound was used for ingredient pickup ( was not as loud as we thought :( ), and the font super-indie-font was used to display stat buffs.
